This was our second attempt at potty training and I’m so glad we had this program to guide us! The videos and supplemental materials were so helpful in making my child an actual participant in the potty training journey and not just something that was being forced upon her. She loved the sticker chart and getting to choose what book or toy to read/play on the potty which was so helpful in giving her that control while also allowing me to teach her about going potty. Although this is an ongoing learning experience for us both, I’m confident that we have the building blocks for a successful journey ahead.

I have to say, the sticker potty reward and toy reward chart from Amazon has been a complete game changer. Although we are not night training currently, we are pretty much day trained! And it was so fast with all your tips and tricks. She even can wear pull-ups and tell us she needs to go potty. Wow!! We are on our last pull-up package and hopefully will be night training soon!! This was fabulous. She breaks it down into such good sections. I have read a gazillion blogs and articles on issues with poop. I've talked to two therapists, very experienced teachers and friends with no success. I'm not exactly sure what pieces gave me the confidence I needed to pass on to my son, but I think it was the way she broke down the various reasons of why different kids have different struggles. And I think approaching it that way was brilliant, because while I always strongly felt it was an anxiety thing for my son, I didn't know for sure, and all these articles about other things make you start to second guess yourself. So she first tackles that. Then I felt super confident knowing it was a DEEP anxiety issue for my son, and that it was ok to go ahead and firmly stand by a path to take to deal with this (which she also super clearly defines for you in this video) I think before I didn't provide quite the encouragement he needed because I hesitated on what was best to do and he felt it. Her video just really gave ME the confidence to stand by my plan of action, because I knew it was for the right reasons. Once I changed my attitude about it: my son did pretty quickly. I do admit I then started to get into some power struggles with him and he was nervous at first. The first few days were up and down and hard, so I also had some additional services from Allison and she again: gave ME the confidence I needed to go the right path and get me away from those power struggles. Within 1 week of starting all of this: I have a toilet pooper, who now LOVES going in the potty, is excited about it and proud and does it on his own with no issues. After OVER 1.5 years of being soooo afraid of pooping in the toilet!! I can't even begin to explain everything we did and tried and went through over 1.5years. And her video and support got us in a good spot in about 3 days, and basically just perfect/ no issues by like day 5-7. I am so excited about this. It's just wonderful.

After several failed attempts, this course really helped provide me with the right tools to get my child potty trained! Thank you so very much!
